Great luck of paleontologists: the mostcomplete skeleton tyrannosaurus

In the US state of Montana, in the Herr Creek area, which is always
famous for its abundance of ancient minerals, a group of paleontologists from
University of Kansas was found the most complete to date
skeleton of a young dinosaur.

To understand how great luck this is for researchers
let’s say that the skeleton of a tyrannosaur is found in exceptionally good
a condition that even the powerful 5 cm teeth of this monster
turned out to be intact and, as they say, fully equipped. Not
looking at his then-young (predatory reptile, judging by everything,
died in the fourth year of life), Ti-Rex already reached 5 meters in
length and continued to grow rapidly, gaining a day to 2 kilograms
weights.

Here is what Live Science told reporters about it.
Kyle Atkins-Weltman (Kyle Atkins-Weltman) – one of the assistants,
participating in this excavation:

We got T-rex in a condition about which any
the paleontologist can only dream, however, we are still gradually
extract it from the rock massif, at least the upper part
dinosaur, that is, his jaw with teeth, is already free. Also
cleared a fragment of the leg, thigh, part of the skull, but there is still a lot of work,
True, this work is just fun …
