This photograph of the lunar surface, which was taken back in 1972 from Apollo 16 near the Stein Crater, makes it possible to discern a very extraordinary phenomenon. It is surprising even to those who are constantly interested in the 'structures of alien brethren' found on Mars or the Moon.
The phenomenon is most similar to bursts of energy, weak lightning, and pillars of electricity. There is speculation that this is some kind of 'power station', possibly an alien base, where aliens recharge their ships.
