Recent images of the surface of the asteroid Ryugu, taken by the Japanese Hayabusa-2 probe for six weeks of examination of this space object, even experienced astronomers and other researchers were impressed of space. The fact is that the photographs were taken from a distance, not exceeding thousands of meters, moreover, with the help of the best video equipment that Japan is only capable of.
Previously, this cosmic body was shot from a distance of more than 4 kilometers. And now – such an amazing result! Thanks to this on snapshots can be very well considered even small boulders, not exceeding two to three meters in length. Not by chance on the Internet even a joke appeared: how did it happen that Scott Waring before still not found traces of presence in these cool pictures aliens or aborigines.

But the jokes are jokes, and Japanese experts now, thanks to the obtained images, the probe landing on asteroid and unfortunately come to the conclusion that it will be done not so easy.
Scientists even managed to measure the gravity of Rugu by sending their probe in a free fall from a 20-kilometer height and stopping it at mark of 850 meters. Then Hayabusa-2 turned on without problems engines and climbed to a height of 5 kilometers. However, this allowed Japanese experts predict the difficulty of landing and take appropriate adjustments.
Putting a probe on an asteroid and collecting soil samples is the task which is facing the specialists of the Japanese space agency. The return of Hayabusa-2 to Earth is planned by them at the end of 2020 of the year.
