Upgraded Soyuz has successfully delivered ISS crew to Earth

All the crew members of the International Space Station (ISS) returned to Earth by the Russian-made Soyuz MS manned spacecraft landed safely on Sunday in Kazakhstan, after 115 days of mission on board.

The Russian Mission Control Center confirmed the landing of Keith Rubins, Anatoly Ivanishina and Takuya Onishi. The trio landed in the steppe southeast of the Kazakh city of Zhezkazgan in clear but frosty conditions

'The landing is over!' – reported in the MCC, noting that the Soyuz spacecraft landed in an upright position.

“Everyone feels great,” Ivanishin reported for everyone, who was the first to leave the ship.

During their stay on the ISS, these crew members completed all the necessary complex of applied scientific research and experiments, maintained the ISS's operability and carried out significant work to equip the station with new equipment, which was delivered by unmanned vehicles.
