According to scientists, the observed world is in a true or false vacuum state. In the first case, we can talk about the minimum energy state of the Higgs field. For the second, there is a nonzero probability of transition to a deeper, in particular, true vacuum. It is this 'outcome of events' that is presented in the video showing the result of the destruction of matter in the Universe.
At the same time, astrophysicists note that you should not worry too much about this: even if the Universe is waiting for just such an outcome, the process will take too much time, so much that humanity may simply not live up to this moment.
