By the way, the Russians do not participate in this race, since our the Selenokhod team didn’t have enough funds for this: after all, for the construction competitive moon rover needs not only Russian talent scientists, but also several million dollars, at least. However, as some analysts assure, if the Russians got involved in this project, they would definitely try to “put in place “already familiar to us with sanctions – this is now the best argument against Russia, its power and all our achievements in science and technique.
