So this time, the tireless virtual archaeologist “dug” in twelve years ago, a very interesting plot: it turns out something happened at the time of the Opportunity landing unbelievable that the rover cameras recorded, but still not not a single specialist was studying all these photographic materials.
Recall that the Opportunity rover sat on the Mars Meridian plateau January 25, 2004, while he accidentally landed in Eagle Crater. how only Opportunity is a little “accustomed” to an alien planet and first climbed out of the crater, then immediately made a circular panorama Martian reality.
This turned out to be a deserted, completely lifeless surface alien planet to the plateau of the Meridian, among which the most “alive” seemed parts of the landing platform. However there were supporters of a world conspiracy who believe that American rover Opportunity “runs” not on the Red Planet, but in one of the “Martian corners” of our native Earth. For instance, such a suitable landscape is available on the polar uninhabited island Devon, which belongs to Canada.

Proponents of this theory have their own arguments in favor of her:
