Russian private space company “S7 Space”, engaged missile launches and launching satellites into orbit, announced its a grand new plan. Commercial enterprise started the project to build the first in the history of mankind orbital spaceport. According to S7 Space executives, someday, our civilization will certainly return to the moon, and then will go to Mars and other planets of the solar system.
The company’s specialists explain that the interplanetary the transport system of the future cannot do without orbital spaceports, which will become indispensable transit points for refueling and maintenance of spacecraft. In addition, on such objects can be placed scientific laboratories, tourist centers and training facilities. And domestic astronautics has all the necessary experience to create such object.
S7 Space’s plans are, of course, grandiose, and today they seem us too fantastic.
