Japanese researchers have dedicated the world community to their ambitious plans to bring humanity closer to the answer to many questions regarding black holes and cosmic rays.

Black holes are peculiar areas in space-time with colossal gravitational attraction. It so much that even an object is not able to leave the hole, moving at the speed of light (including quanta of light itself). Black holes are a poorly understood phenomenon representing science is of great interest.

In September of this year, the Japanese will begin the construction of heavy duty a telescope having a lens diameter of twenty-three meters. Observatory will be the first of seven such devices scattered across our the planet. The first telescope will be installed in the Canary islands that belong to Spain. Scientists from Tokyo cosmic ray research universities will become at the head of a grand project. Telescope mirror reported will be mounted from two hundred separate segments. According to the words specialists, such a complex design will allow more than ever before, study the phenomena of cosmic rays and the mysteries of black holes.

It is worth adding that last year the Japanese began to help The United States to build a giant telescope on top shield shield volcano Mauna Kea on the island of Hawaii.

Now it became known how black holes appear.
