Amateur astronomer from Dublin says he shot at three o’clock nights in irish time jupiter through a telescope when all of a sudden noticed something very strange. So, the popular Canadian ufologist George Skulko said that on Jupiter is probably the most powerful power plant, constructed by representatives of extraterrestrial civilization, and the astronomer was lucky to capture her work on video. According to Skulko, aliens can do terraforming of Jupiter – changing conditions (atmosphere, gravity, climate) on a gas giant in order to make the planet habitable.
