Scottish ufologist George Graham, known for his countless (and sometimes absolutely fantastic) finds of various anomalies on the moon and other celestial bodies of the solar system, told about a new the discovery he made the other day.

By the way, the same George Graham found dozens of evidence that NASA astronauts have never been to the moon, and all their photos and video footage of this is pure fake.
