July 30, 2014 in Kirov there was a severe thunderstorm. Many residents cities photographed rain and lightning and one of them was able to shoot something unusual.
As the Kirovchanin said, an unknown object was similar to silver bowler hat.

– In the midst of a thunderstorm, I decided to catch a few on the camera lightning bolts. About 50 shots were taken, on one of them I noticed something like a silver bowler hat.
The photograph was given to Yuri Kalinogorsky, the team leader “Kirov-Cosmopoisk”.
– The picture is interesting. Most likely this is a UFO. I sent now photo to specialists. The exact answer will come tomorrow, – explained Yuri.
