Professor Lachezar Filipov, who is the deputy director of the Institute Space Research Academy of Sciences of Bulgaria, convinced that he communicates with space aliens.
British newspapers cite Filipov’s claim that aliens have long been among us and are constantly watching us.
It is quite clear when such a statement is made by any ufologist. This happens often. In this particular case we are talking about the representative of a reputable state institution – the Academy sciences.

However, Filipova does not bother. He said that now together with his colleagues is engaged in decoding alien messages that are in the form of characters and are essentially answers to questions posed by scientists. Thirty questions were asked and they receive answers.
Bulgarian researchers consider these answers to be good. circles known to all on wheat and other cereal fields, appearing in different places of our planet, which are also called bread pictograms. Bulgarians have already analyzed 150 similar pictures supposedly arising with the help of cosmic rays.

Professor Filipov says that aliens do not test for us hostility, but, on the contrary, they want to help. Unfortunately, people have not grown until contact with them directly.
However, the scientist believes that direct contact will take place in about ten to fifteen years.
Filipov also hints that communication with representatives of other worlds perhaps not through radio, but through thoughts, telepathically. Bread pictograms, as it were, duplicate it, being something like documentary evidence. This is a kind of reference, certified by seals.
Filipov does not say what exactly managed to find out as a result decryption of pictograms, although notes alien dissatisfaction our attitude to our environment and aggression towards each other. The professor says that the cosmic mind brothers are waiting for our corrections.
As an ideological reinforcement for their studies, Bulgarian scientists cite the Vatican’s repeated statements about that he recognizes the existence of alien creatures. Last time talked about this here in November this year at a meeting where invited leading astronomers of the world.
