A resident of the American city of Charleston in West Virginia claims that he managed to capture something amazing in the photo. This is a picture of a “non-human face”, as he calls himself image author.
According to an anonymous man, this is most likely representative of some extraterrestrial civilization, because it looks a stranger exactly as we are described by aliens fiction and contactees.
