Given all of the points in this chapter, there is reason to believe that extraterrestrial civilizations devote so much attention to tracking the development of nuclear missile weapons on Earth and space programs earthlings not out of mere curiosity, not in order to help mankind prevent a nuclear catastrophe and take us faster to the galactic federation. The main goal of this tracking is apparently is to be constantly aware of how scientific and the technological achievement of earthlings can allow them to commit long interplanetary travels that they can already imagine a threat to aliens. At the same time, aliens want to constantly have a clear idea of what they might face in case of conflict with earthlings. For information on all aliens use their specific means for these issues. IN a NATO headquarters document drafted in 1967 stated that in during the interrogation of a UFO crew member who survived the crash was established use by aliens to obtain all Necessary information: – miniature devices no larger than 2 mm, placed on the clothes of people under surveillance, or implants implanted in their bodies, both of which supposedly able to transmit not only sound but also video information; -hybrid agents, i.e. creatures artificially bred by crossing people with representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations that completely similar to humans, but possess much larger mental abilities. What was said in this chapter about goals aliens visiting Earth – this, of course, is just ours assumptions, and their plans are actually unknown to us.
