Former Brazilian President Fernando Enrica Cardozo, who ruled country in 1995-2003 and becoming the first head of this state, re-elected for a second term, made an unexpected statement on national television.
86-year-old politician participating in the recent talk show talk talk with Bial, “told the lead Pedro Bial that he personally witnessed the occurrence of an unidentified flying object on our planet, and that two other people saw the UFO with him.

Now, 39 years after such an unusual incident, Fernando Enrica Cardozo without hesitation confirmed it, saying that then he returned with his wife and ambassador from a scientific conference. The politician told the presenter that the mysterious UFO was moving very unusual, completely silent, and it was impossible to confuse with by plane, helicopter or balloon. Unfortunately, the other two eyewitnesses to this phenomenon are no longer alive, and they cannot tell any new details or even confirm the words of Fernando.
