Pentagon spokesman Christopher Sherwood told reporters New York Post newspapers that the country’s military department is engaged programs to identify any threats in the aerospace space, in particular, one of such projects is AATIP.
The AATIP program, of course, also implies the study of UAP (unidentified air phenomena). As specified by the editorial workers, it’s one and the same thing as the UFO familiar to our ears, however, for the Pentagon military it’s more convenient to call them that – not UFO, and illegal armed groups.
Recall that information about the AATIP program is leaking to the press. since 2017, and the first to talk about a tracking project for ships and alien vehicles, was a senator from the Democratic Party USA Harry Reid. It was on his initiative that the Pentagon was allocated then for these purposes 20 million dollars.
But as newspaper reporters write, the US military was (as is still) and other programs for the study of UFOs. The US military has always been sure that on our planet aliens are present who are not only watching activities of earthlings, but on occasion and interfere in their affairs, so that prevent planetary catastrophes, say, a third world war using nuclear weapons.
Nevertheless, the Pentagon everywhere claims that the main goal of such projects, including AATIP, is the identification of UAP, which in realities can be intelligence apparatuses of countries hostile to the USA.
