According to the patriarch, today many who express dissatisfaction the church, even those who believe in God, do not understand its position very well and problems. All this can be explained only when communicating with people, who don’t go to temples today, but are constantly in social networks. It is here that the dialogue that may lead lost sheep to the fold of the church.
Patriarch also expressed concern that today virtual reality for many becomes a kind of religion, although in fact, it is a mirage and emptiness. It’s especially dangerous, he stressed this is for fragile souls, that is, for children and youth who almost immersed in the kingdom of crooked mirrors.
Due to the fact that the Russian Orthodox Church is serious concerned about the general craze of young people on the Internet, in the Russian Orthodox Church discusses the possibility of adopting a priest’s code of conduct in social networks, which, according to Patriarch Kirill, will allow the church quickly reach the hearts of every Russian and instruct him on true path.
