On September 4, at 21:00, residents of the Southwestern part of Syzran noticed the sky is a mysterious object with flickering light around the edges. Eyewitnesses consider that UFOs were huge because the distance between its lights was about a hundred meters. The object was shot with high-rise balcony.
According to eyewitnesses, this object had “unearthly proportions”, as if a huge flying saucer hovered over the city, blinking red by the lights. The lights hung motionless for a long time, and then simply disappeared.
Some eyewitnesses saw flickering lights in the sky that were look like intermittent lights. There was also a version that these are the rotating blades of the helicopters that were in front of light source.
Many eyewitnesses believed that these were military exercises in which drones and helicopters participated. On the other hand, they argue eyewitnesses, unless exercises are conducted over residential areas of cities.
