In one of the small churches of the Argentine city San Jose de Methana, province of Salta, Christian miracle happened sense. At least, the local clergy and parishioners. According to eyewitnesses, from the eyes of the statue of the Virgin Mary a red blood-like liquid suddenly flowed. News about amazing event instantly scattered across the area, and to the aforementioned temple began to draw together thousands of pilgrims wishing take a look at the “sobbing” Madonna.
It is noteworthy that the sculpture of the Virgin was transferred here by a local resident Frias Mendoza. According to the man, the statue and before, “cried” with blood, and in addition, the Virgin Mary herself more than once appeared to him in everything. Considering this a sign from above, the Argentinean donated the statue to the churchmen. They willingly accepted the sculpture, although they did not immediately believe the words of a fellow countryman.
