Videographer Henning Kemner recently stumbled upon a post Facebook on the UFO round page and discovered very very strange picture.

In his video, Kemner asks what it could be. On the photo allegedly taken by surveillance cameras International Space Station, shown strange, incredible. sized circle that looks like something is lit up on surface of the Earth or some object covering part of the planet.
A search using Google yielded nothing, no information about it no photo. It was possible to find a file in 2009, which depicts ice circles captured by the ISS camera. All this leads to the obvious question: is Kemner’s picture a hoax? Or this is yet another proof that NASA is hiding something.
The comments below the video are full of all kinds of guesses regarding of what is visible in the image. Some suggest that this is a certain view of the screen protecting from Planet X, others – that this is some living field formation between the Earth and the space object.
In the video of Michel Hopkins, data on the object is given – 5000 miles in width, and the dome itself over the ocean is supposedly impenetrable due to its frequent range.
