The other day over the Russian Orenburg was observed amazing anomaly. Residents of the city and nearby settlements noticed in the dark evening sky is a mysterious shining pillar of orange. An unidentified flying object appeared at the beginning of the ninth and hung over the ground for about forty minutes.
In social networks “VKontakte” and “Facebook” instantly there were numerous photographs depicting the inexplicable phenomenon. In the comments to the pictures, the most various hypotheses about the origin of an inexplicable phenomenon – from more or less believable to truly fantastic.

Some Orenburg residents thought that it was a torch of some kind of gas factory, others thought that the planned invasion began aliens on our planet. Professionals whose users The World Wide Web was asked to comment on what happened, reported that perhaps this is a rare natural phenomenon under the name of the light pole. This optical illusion in the form of a vertical strip of light is formed by reflection sunlight or moonlight from the surface in the air microscopic crystals of water. Light pole can be observed when the weather is cold.
However, no one can accurately explain the appearance of the mysterious a luminous pillar cannot. Residents of Orenburg say that the temperature of the night was not so cold that moisture in the air froze to ice. Also according to many eyewitnesses, they heard from the sky a subtle buzz, similar to the noise of some futuristic engine. Or maybe it’s a trumpet voice from heaven as a harbinger of the Apocalypse? At least, such suggestions were made among Internet users, and the pillar of fire in this case was defined as a celestial organ.
