By however, there is one snag: the house is populated by evil ghosts, and the buyer, whether he wants it or not, will have to live with them.
Magnolia Mansion mansion is shrouded in many rumors of unexplained events that have been happening here over the last fifty years. A few years ago, this house is one thousand two hundred and forty two square meters sold for ten million however thanks to notoriety, no one agreed to purchase it even with resale purpose. Turner family, which owns the cottage, but who refuses to live in it, was forced constantly lower the price of Magnolia Management. Why, even today, no one decides to buy this visually flawless work architectural art?
How a posh mansion turned into a haunted house
The house was built in 1857 by famous architects James Calrow for the wealthy owner of cotton plantations. Was worth the owner to settle in the mansion as he fell ill with yellow fever and died. The house was sold to a wealthy industrialist, and literally later week the new owner of the property was killed by lightning. Magnolia Management passed into the possession of the son of a businessman, and he heard something about the house bad, decided to exercise caution and therefore first placed in chic mansion of servants. Nothing happened to the latter, after of which a reassured American settled in the house himself, but later six months fell from the stairs and smashed his head to death.

Since then, more than two dozen owners of Magnolia have died here. It is believed that the mansion stands in an ancient cemetery where they buried powerful voodoo priests. At the same time, the spirit of every person killed evil house, remains forever here and begins to harm new to the owners of this damned real estate. Here you can meet the most various guests from the other side: from a harmless ghost, flipping glasses on the tables with water, up to two meters black old woman who is trying to strangle anyone who enters at night in one of the many bedrooms.
The house has long turned into a local attraction. Tourists take pictures against his background and look from a distance from the windows, trying to notice something supernatural in empty rooms. However nobody dares to buy flooded housing although its value has long been ridiculously low …
