There are places on the planet where ghosts literally rule, according to at least they appear and scare people with amazing consistency and perseverance, as if performing some kind of impunity. Usually such places are called damned.
In England there is a whole ghost town – Derby. This place is even called the capital of the ghosts of Great Britain. And in itself the town of Derby is not particularly remarkable, except for the fact that located in the middle of England and existed in the dark Middle Ages.
