50-year-old Dawn Kershaw visited the former psychiatric Newsham Park Nursing Home in Liverpool where, according to city legends, there are numerous immigrants from the other world.
The woman became a member of the so-called “ghost tour” in abandoned hospital. She and about twenty other enthusiasts walked around over an empty night building, accompanied by an experienced guide, wishing see, or better yet capture ghostly shadows on cameras.
The Englishwoman went to the ward “E”, where they once held especially insane patients, and photographed there an empty corridor. Only the next day, the British looked through the images and I saw something in the same picture that made me even colder out of fear. Dawn admits that she was never very faithful into supernatural phenomena, however, what she saw at this photo, made Kershaw reconsider his attitude to mysticism. IN the frame showed a dark human figure, which at the moment there was no shooting, at least the woman did not see her. And stood this ominous shadow right in front of our heroine!

Newsham Park Mental Hospital was opened in 1874, and it was closed in 1949 due to lack of funding in the postwar years. Once, by the way, there was a children’s shelter here, and they say that in the empty building still huddles the spirits of unhappy boys and girls, because sometimes their voiced voices and even laughter are heard. The rest of the local ghosts, as you might guess, belong former patients of the hospital. Dawn Kershaw suggests that she I managed to photograph the phantom of the deceased patient, because the volume shadow in the image is too high and does not look like a child.
