CCTV camera at one of New Orleans intersections in USA photographed a huge black ghostly silhouette moving along the road. A ghost suddenly appears at the edge of the sidewalk, goes over the road in front of the approaching car and disappears, barely reaching opposite wall.
In the comments to the video they write that maybe it was someone from called “people of shadows.” They are often often described as creatures of large stature and completely black.
