Some commentators convinced that this is really a phantom. Others claim that this is a hoax and a trick: they allegedly tied to a lever fishing line and pulled for it, being at a distance. However, this hypothesis It seems even more far-fetched than the “ghostly”, because for pumping water from the column, as you know, must be applied considerable efforts and not a single fishing line could stand such a voltage.
Some skeptics believe that the whole thing is in the malfunction itself columns. According to them, such devices are equipped with springs, which tend to break.
