It is known that lovers often attracted to graveyards and to abandoned churches, as if there they could experience the most vivid feelings of affection for each other. However, sometimes happens, but at the same time, young people also experience fear, which, mixing with the romance of love and a fantastic meeting, remembered then for life.
This is exactly what happened to Stacy Brisnen and her boyfriend Lee Stammers strolling in Whitby (county North Yorkshire, Britain), decided to go up to St. Mary’s Church, breaking the famous 199 steps in this place. Formally, a couple decided to find the grave of two other lovers who died on the same day and buried precisely on a graveyard near this given temple. However by the guy and the girl didn’t even really know what caused them to the churchyard is probably what we talked about at the beginning of this article.
Approaching the church, lovers were surprised and at the same time a little afraid because they saw an old man near the entrance to the temple and next to him a dog. It would not be unusual if not for one “but”: the old man and his four-legged friend were translucent – ghostly. The girl immediately photographed a “creepy” couple, which was just a few meters from the lovers. Come closer young people were simply afraid, and therefore hastily left it place, in the hope that they all just imagined it.
In this case, Stacy recalls, we were not even slightly drunk, since they drank that day for two only a pint of light beer, and it was about an hour before meeting the ghosts. Therefore we they could not imagine. Yes, and the photos that I took near churches, confirmed this: an elderly person is clearly visible on them jacket and dog.
Usually, people notice ghosts only in pictures, not seeing them firsthand. In this case, the opposite happened, and the girl doesn’t I would have guessed to remove the entrance to the temple, if I had not seen a ghostly a couple. Yes, and Lee confirmed that he also saw the old man and his a dog. Now lovers are planning to go again to the mysterious church: suddenly they are lucky again and they will again meet there strange old man and his four-legged friend. Perhaps even dare to come closer to them …
