If you drive in the dark almost through the wilderness completely empty road, and even you are alone in the car, your imagination can start playing wicked jokes with you. Nonetheless, researchers of supernatural phenomena claim that motorists in fact often notice on endless tracks various anomalies, and sometimes frightening guests from the subtle world. One of these stories happened long ago in America.
Ordinary subcontractor Chris Fortofer forced on duty constantly truck from Dayton, Ohio to Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania) and back. As a rule, a man leaves at 10 pm and returns back to his hometown at 3:30 in the morning. Night work as, however, and the nightly uninhabited track quite suits Chris. The American has been engaged in such trips for 7 years, and before that knew no problems however a few weeks ago with him for the first time something strange happened along the way.
First meeting with a mysterious man in the hood
Fortofer says that he was already returning to Dayton and was at about 1 a.m. on I-70. Suddenly our hero noticed on the side of a man whose head was hidden by a hood. Stranger faces could not be considered. Still from afar, the driver realized that the individual it’s somehow strange moving by the road. There were no other cars nearby. The weather was fine, however walk alone at night along desert roads even in good weather – a phenomenon in itself weird.
When the headlights of the car lit a mysterious figure, Chris suddenly I realized that an unknown person hovering in a couple of tens of centimeters above the ground! Moreover, our hero noticed that the stranger there were no hands and feet, and instead of a face was ominous darkness. You would have thought that someone invisible put on blue jeans and a brown hoodie, or these garments spontaneously sailed through the air.

The driver did not have time to wonder how he drove past the mysterious silhouette. Turning around, Fortofer suddenly saw his right shoulder the figures in the hood twitch back and forth with incredible speed. Then Chris was really scared. He gave over the gas, and an ominous figure was soon left behind. Seeing in the oncoming lane another truck, our hero contacted him on the radio (on the waves civilian range) and asked if there was anyone on the road.
The second meeting with a mysterious man in the hood
The answer was no. American even talked about what happened an employee at a nearby gas station, but he said that I have never seen anything like it here. Of course, a man is not after that he began to look for another way from Dayton to Pittsburgh. is he I would safely forget about this case, if a couple of weeks ago on the same section of the same track again did not happen to him an unexplained phenomenon that caused the driver to stand on end to the head.
This time, the figure in the hood literally jumped onto the road from bushes and got right under Chris’s truck. Fortofer was afraid that hit a pedestrian, and stopped the car. However no corpse under no wheels. The stranger seems to be just dissolved in air. Fortofer searched for a long time rational explanation like teenage pranksters or optical illusions, however, could not convince himself that no mysticism was not here.
Now the American is just scared to ride this road alone at night and already seriously thinking about changing jobs. Considering, he says, that nothing accidental happens in this life, what kind of sign is given him in the form of a ghost in a terrible hood? And does not find the answer …
