Not so long ago, we wrote that on the American cable “Destination America” TV channel has an interesting show “Case Files Unknown, whose authors are Victoria Gross and Barry Conrad – share with viewers information on a variety of video and photographs on which ghosts were captured and other anomalies. The first issue of the program talked about image taken in 1984 in Oregon and depicting the ghost’s screaming head that appeared at night in place car wrecks.
In the next episode of the television show, Victoria and Barry told the public about mysterious image obtained relatively recently – in July last year. The picture was taken in the city of Gary, Indiana local fire officer Douglas Tipold. For the first look, the photograph does not portray anything unusual – it shows the house enveloped in flames, which the firemen decided not to put out, giving him burn himself. However, if you look closely carefully, in the left window you can clearly see the dark a human figure who seems to be standing calmly and not trying get out of the fire.
According to the author of the picture, he and his team felt that an abandoned hut is of no value and cannot provoke the spread of fire, therefore extinguish the fire unprofitable, and therefore not necessary. Tipold got his mobile phone and took some pictures of the burning structure, then immediately looked at them on the gadget screen. Suddenly seeing on pictures of a human silhouette, a man immediately looked at house and really noticed a man in the window. Tipold rushed to a hut to help the unfortunate caught fire, however colleagues firefighter grabbed him and began to hold.
“It was a terrifying feeling,” the American says. “I felt that there was someone on fire, and rushed to the rescue. You you can’t even imagine what it would be for at least a second to think that you gave a man to burn alive. My colleagues did not let me in. I shouted that there was someone in the house, but they said it was impossible. We then examined every inch of the burnt house, but not found no remains. I showed the resulting photo to my comrades, and many believed in a ghost. To ease my conscience, I also showed a picture to the authorities, but they told me that it was for sure optical illusion. Anyway, the burnt corpse was not there. Now I understand that there was something ethereal that could not burn out. ”
Douglas, from whom the authors of the program recently interviewed and who still works in the gary fire department, said that before still stores the original picture on his cell phone. The man believes that the photo brings him good luck in work.
