Not so long ago, entomologists discovered a new species of beetles, describing which and giving it a name, scientists came to some Confusion and amazement – how much is it in nature there are amazing phenomena.
These bugs live in termite mounds as rolebreakers, since do not leave their limits for a minute on their own unusual habitat. Therefore, over time, these insects completely lost wings and the ability to fly. Moreover, they eyes were not particularly needed, and therefore they lost them too.

But the most amazing thing is that these beetles are no more than three long centimeters, so “lazy” that forgot how to independently move around, practically “forcing” termites to transfer them, for of which special growths even appeared on the body of insects, reminiscent of pens. It is for this reason that a new species of beetles received the name “Suitcase Beetle” (Eocorythoderus incredibilis).
Eocorythoderus incredibilis eat a lot of mushrooms near termite mounds. They multiply slowly as they eat they sleep a little and more, which is why they do not bring any termites harm, although they are essentially parasites.

However, why termites care about these parasitic bugs, even moving them from place to place? Turns out insects learned emit a smell that mimics the one that is inherent in termite larvae, and because the latter so touching take care of the bugs, transferring them for the pens actually where they need it. That’s so interesting a case of parasitism, when the parasite itself, as scientists jokingly say, lazy just to “no” …
