On earth there are very rare, and therefore truly mysterious creatures are almost fabulous. These include, for example, Ili pishukha, which biologists consider a great miracle to see, well and to take a photo or video in nature is simply fantastic.
But just such a fantastic shooting took place not so long ago in the Tien Shan mountains of the Chinese province of Xinjiang, which borders Kazakhstan. Scientists studying rare animals of the Middle Kingdom fortunate enough to shoot a video of a pika, which, note, how he called the researchers of terrestrial fauna: a dog, a hamster, and even a mini bear.
It’s so difficult to find a mountain pika in nature that it’s sometimes really seems like a beast coming into our world from parallel reality. Lives (or maybe really only appears from somewhere) this creature at an altitude of about 2800 – 4100 meters, and only in this place, but because scientists know about pika very few.
This creature was first discovered in 1983 here in the mountains. Xinjiang Province Chinese biologist Li Weidong who called it a magical rabbit. Already a senior citizen, Li Weidong devoted himself without a trace attempts to meet again with this mysterious animal. He was assisted by young volunteer researchers, set up video traps wherever possible Iliy pikas.

It would seem that a simple mission was successful only in 2014, when one of the cameras finally “caught” the pika. Then showing video footage and telling reporters National Geographic about this amazing fairytale rabbit, Li Weidong called on the Chinese authorities to protect the rarest animals that moment, according to his forecasts, no more than one thousand individuals.
And here is a new sensation for biologists – four years later on video once again hit the rare and amazing mammal Ili Pika, oh which biologists do not stop arguing about what it is – a rabbit, a hamster, a dog or something completely different.
The author of the video (see below) claims that Ili a pika, this mysterious animal, succeeded in a video camera trap quite by accident, no one even suggested that the semi-mystical this time the beast will fall into the lens. And he not only got caught, but calmly looked at the “window” of the DVR and continued to eat as nothing happened.
Biologists now have additional material to to better study and, finally, classify this animal. However, perhaps Li Weidong is right: all the mystery of the magical rabbit is that it becomes in our world everything less and less, and if he disappears tomorrow at all, then it will be possible to even say this: he went into his parallel world – forever …
