Bread causes fatigue

Cardiologist William Davis from the USA claims that eating bread leads to chronic fatigue, which has often become diagnosed in developed countries. In modern varieties have a genetically modified protein that causes no only overweight, but also symptoms of chronic fatigue, inability to withstand stress. White bread, muffin, etc. leads to a lack of fiber in the body, and without it the brain cannot function normally. Because a person consumes bread 2-3 times a day, then feels unreasonable by any loads of fatigue. A new protein also appeared in bread – gliadin, which makes a person feel hungry and eat more.
