For 17 years, residents of the town of Talkitini in Alaska have been stubbornly choose Stubbs the cat as their mayor. When once during an election voters were asked what caused their decision to sit in a chair mayors pet, they answered with a smile that the best candidates than Stubbs are hard to imagine. “Really not Do you understand?
