Mokele Mbemba is a cryptid that supposedly inhabited Congo River Basin in Africa. A cryptozoological creature is an animal that has long died out or existed only in folklore, that is, in fact, is mythical or little studied.
The locals composed fairy tales about this animal, describing it, like a creature with an elephant’s body, long neck, tail and small head. People who are fond of dinosaurs will immediately determine that this fabulous animal looks like a small sauropod. This legend inspired cryptozoologists to search for the mythical Mokele Mbemba (that, By the way, it is translated from the Bantu language as “stopping the flow rivers “). Scientists hope to find this last representative dinosaurs. So far, scientists rely on local evidence residents, blurry videos from a great distance and several photos, but that’s enough for them to hope for existence dinosaur.
Perhaps the most significant evidence for the existence of this a mysterious animal – a report on the murder of Mokele Mbemba. In 1979 Rev.
