Mammoth donkey named Derrick, living in a donkey reserve The Radcliffe of Lincolnshire, England, has not yet reached maturity age, however its owners already hope that the animal will soon will be included in the famous Guinness Book of Records.
Representatives of the breed of American mammoth donkeys are different great stamina but Derrick became unique thanks to another its quality.

The growth of an average adult donkey on the planet is about 80 centimeters at the withers, meanwhile our hero has already waved to record 170 centimeters, and this is not the limit. Derrick is only five years old, and it is obvious that in the future it will become even higher. The Radcliffe Nature Reserve is home to several hundred donkeys, freed from any work, except perhaps entertainment numerous visitors. These creatures live here in excellent conditions, not knowing the failure of almost nothing. According to the owners of the reserve, Derrick will grow for another two years, and you can safely bet that by the age of seven he will be the most the tallest donkey in the world.
Although the size of an unusual beast seems monstrous, he extremely friendly and more like a giant a pet dog that always goes after people and begs treats. Derrick eats grass and hay, oats and barley, however the real delicacy for him is carrots.
