“Zombie culture” has tightly entered our lives. She is everywhere – television, comics, games, research societies and even zombies are clubs. As the cult of “brain absorbers” grows with every day, we better get ready and think: how to stay alive in the event of an undead attack. Neurologist Bradley Wojtek and mathematician Richard Smith has some ideas on this. Wojtek is confident that our chances of survival in the event of a zombie invasion significantly increase if you enter strict quarantine, protect from infecting water bodies, as well as making neck skin inaccessible to bites and shins. “What happens in zombie themed movies: in the surviving group must be someone already bitten and infected, but not yet turned into a zombie, but turned – infects other people, “says Wojtek.” Therefore, any a person entering from an infected area must a day or two in quarantine, “says the scientist.” And in order to to avoid a surprise in the form of a zombie bite during the journey, it is necessary wear a leather jacket with a high collar and leather boots protecting the ankles of the feet.
