Today, due to the availability of esoteric knowledge, probably it’s no secret to anyone that in the name of a person lies his fate.
But in Ancient Russia they knew it very well in every family. About even the fact that such sacred knowledge of the name could not eradicate Christianity in our country, planting its mostly Greek names without understanding what they mean, not even atheism of the Soviet era.
Even in times of godlessness and completely closed to the esoteric knowledge of the Soviet Union, the Russians knew very well that in the same family you can’t give the same names to children (one angel the keeper will not keep track of the two). Moreover, if a child suddenly was dying, then his name for the rest of the newborns was banned, otherwise they will not be tenants in this world. For the same reason children were not called the names of deceased relatives, even the most revered, and the name of the drowned man or suicide became a kind of taboo.
In the Christian world, many names of parishioners are associated with by the names of the holy great martyrs, babies are “awarded” by them in baptism time, because this rite is based on Christmas time. So here in Russia even in the most believing family they tried to circumvent such names, because they were afraid that the child would repeat the fate of the martyr – in this manifested our tribal memory.
When adopting a child, by the way, in ancient Russia they always changed his name, and not just his last name, since it was believed that the only way you can change the orphan vale of this man, otherwise he again will be one alone.
And finally, the Russians always knew that the name is also great reference point for the dark forces, and therefore often baptized a child under one name, and his name was completely different – by the generic name.
Today, a change of name becomes even a fashionable “fun” (went to passport office and changed), however, many who resort to this, say, in the desire to be like his pop idol or the movie actor does not even realize how dangerous this is. By the way let’s say that tradition is when a name for a newborn is chosen exclusively by parents, often based on their prophetic dreams, heart prompts, perfectly demonstrates the main thing – the name of the person is given from above, and therefore it is impossible to play with it in any way, and even change it only in rare cases, relying on deep traditions and great knowledge …
