In Canada, trying to uncover the secret of origin “sounds of the earth”

In different corners of the globe the same thing is observed a curious phenomenon: people hear strange sounds coming from the sky, and these sounds confuse them. What could it be? Aliens, guests from parallel worlds, secret government experiments or just someone’s practical jokes which have a simple and logical explanation?

The last mysterious drone incident occurred in Canada the city of Saskatoon in the early morning of November 9 of this year and was recorded by local resident Ernie Verezak:

The same sounds were recorded by another resident of Saskatoon, who posted his YouTube video by nickname Deano K:

The same sounds were recorded by another resident of Saskatoon, who posted his YouTube video by nickname Deano K:

This metal cut is very similar to the sounds that before heard by residents of other regions at another time. Here are some sounds, which October 25 was recorded by a resident of British Blackburn Mark Perry The sound is slightly distorted by the wind blowing into the microphone, but still you can hear the same metal rattle:

In both cases, the sounds are clearly artificial. which may well be explained by some reasonable reasons like a garbage press compactor or squeak metal wheels on rails.

With all the difference, these sounds have some sinister resemblance with a drone that scared the residents of Terrace (British Colombia, Canada) last August:

We heard something very similar in January 2012 in Allen. (Texas):

So what does all this mean?

I must say that some of these phenomena are actually just practical jokes. There are cases when people recorded fake Self-extracting video overlay. Other sounds also have a completely terrestrial origin, but are repeatedly reinforced due to terrain or location buildings.

In a case that occurred in the city of Terrace, for example, it’s to blame it turned out to be a snowplow – the effect created a rattle metal parts about each other and along the road surface. According to According to CTV News, an incident in Saskatoon has similar explanation.

In addition, the state of the atmosphere itself may partly serve an explanation of such phenomena. Professor Jean-Pierre Maurice, Teacher of Physics at the University of Saskatchewan (Province of Canada) commented on the video shot by Verezak as follows: “When a certain state of the atmosphere, sounds can be transferred to a very significant distances. And the greater the distance, the stronger these sounds are distorted. ”

Of course, versions with aliens and secret experiments sound much more fun, but most likely they are wrong.

What really causes concern is the annoying factor. of these sounds since noise pollution can be harmful as mental and physical health. Therefore canadian government recently allocated research funds about the reasons for such noise and how to avoid it. First results should be obtained by the end of this year.
