A group of entrepreneurs from India intends to soon file a lawsuit with the authorities of the United Kingdom. Indians want to return the legendary gem called Kohinor, being the main decoration of the crown of the British monarch.
Businessmen are convinced that the diamond was once illegal exported from their country, while the queen and other representatives the UK government about this fact perfectly aware of.
According to Satish Jakhu, one of the future plaintiffs, Kohinor is one of many artifacts exported from the South Asian state at in doubtful circumstances or even by force taken from a local population.
