Although all our cells need glucose (a form of sugar, which turns into energy), cancer thrives in the body, crowded with simple carbohydrates (which turn into sugar) and refined sugar coming from processed foods food and too sweet treats. If you or any of your friends suffering from cancer, the best thing you can do is to deprive the disease of your favorite food – sugar. Sugar is the fuel of cancer.
Dr. Otto Warburg and other health experts since the 1920s, they talk about how cancer loves sugar, but surprisingly, that many doctors do not report this to their patients suffering cancerous diseases. As long as they continue to eat processed foods full of all sorts of nonsense, they most likely it will be even harder to fight this disease.
German physiologist, leading biochemist, doctor of medicine and laureate The Nobel Prize is convinced that cancer can be starved. Although it is it may not always be that simple, but that’s exactly what could significantly change the course of the game.
His theory was that the growth of malignant cells and tumors are caused by cells that produce energy with using adenosine triphosphate (ATP) via non-oxidative degradation glucose (sugar). Metabolite recycling as a result of this a process called glycolysis, and antidiuretic circulation hormones (ADH) in the body are caused by anaerobic respiration. it the exact opposite of what happens to healthy cells. Healthy, non-cancerous cells generate energy for organism through the oxidative breakdown of pyruvate, the final product glycolysis, which leads to mitochondrial oxidation. therefore Warburg concluded that cancer can indeed be treated like mitochondrial dysfunction. Normal breathing process oxygen in the body is replaced by sugar fermentation. If you eliminate sugar, cancer will not develop.
The link between sugar and cancer development is, of course, not new.
Most people can easily eliminate the obvious culprits, which are rich in refined sugar – cakes, sweets, cookies and etc. The problem is that many packaged foods filled with it, but it is very masterfully veiled on the labels and packaging. Products like healthy yogurt, cereals, whole grain bread and even low-calorie foods can contain a lot of sugar.
The easiest way to eliminate unwanted refined sugar – stop buying “ready-to-eat” or pre-packaged food and at least temporarily not eat in restaurants. A food source for many bars and restaurants are served by large companies that “season” their food plenty of sugar and salt to make them tastier after freezing and shipping in trucks across the country. Even salad dressings may be oversaturated with sugar. To handle with a craving for sweets, increase the number of plant foods and healthy animal proteins (excluding red meat) in your diet.
