Famous Australian football player Eddie Betts recently showed a really stunning blow to the ball when he sent him into the air during a thunderstorm. Unusual case occurred at a stadium in Adelaide during the recent football team training.
When the weather turned bad and the workout was frustrated, athletes began to slowly leave the field. Betts, however, decided to make the last shot and hung the ball, wanting to hit the gate. However, the soccer shell did not reach the goal, since he was struck by lightning right in flight.
A rare incident was captured on camera by Betts’ teammate. By turning on the video below, you can see it “little miracle” with my own eyes. Footage also demonstrates how the footballer and his pals fall to the ground in dismay, then, exclaiming enthusiastically, run back to the side.
Some users of the World Wide Web found that lightning hit not the ball at all, but the goal. Other skeptics suggest as if the clip was mounted. Eddie Betts responds by saying that he saw what happened perfectly, and therefore critics are trying in vain belittle his “lightning strike” and even more so suspect him comrade in some petty affair …
