If you believe American conspiracy theorists who recently spoke with statement that, according to secret data of the so-called “Texas incident,” chupacabra might well be mutants, in which people infected with a dangerous mutagen – a virus turn escaping from a secret biolaboratory that is located near El Paso (USA). And supposedly such mutants – Homo Dinosaurus becomes more and more in the world …
