Scientists have concluded that human hearing is selective. Finally, a long-standing theory found that our hearing just like most other senses, it is selective. Women often complain that when they ask their husbands or partners to go to the theater, they don’t hear or pretend they don’t hear. However they are beautiful everyone hears when it comes to, for example, football. Despite the fact that women are more likely to complain about hearing selectivity in men, the fairer sex, it is inherent in no less than strong. Men and women really hear better what they like and want to hear, says the Hearing Journal. British scientists from the hospital at the University of Norwich compiled pairs of words that are socially more suitable for different sexes. For example, for men it’s “soccer and beer,” and for women it’s “chocolate and purchases. “A list of these pairs of words was then read to volunteers: 40 men and 40 women. It turned out that men remembered more “male” words, writes the Daily Mail, and women – “female”.
