Already for several years she has been creating cartoons using sand animation technique that has become popular and widely known thanks to such talented people as Ksenia Simonova. Their Natalya uses small masterpieces as a visual aid for children who are taught to paint using sand.
The psychologist is convinced that the child in need of counseling First of all, a specialist needs to help reveal himself. “Sometimes even the most taciturn and withdrawn children talk about amazing things with the help of drawings made by “living” sand, “says Natalya. She sees the meaning of unusual therapy in to give the child a lot of positive emotions that experiencing a person engaged in creativity, and not ordinary, but as if natural, given to him by Mother Nature herself. Herself Shcherbina claims that the creation of unique cartoons from sand drawings brings her real joy, and the realization that that she helps children cope with their fears and opens them the wonderful world of sand animation – great satisfaction and real happiness. Naturally, a truly happy person can share with others only a smile – pure energy renewal and recovery.
Most recently, Natalia was shot a new cartoon, which received the name “Little Bear Ignorant.” An instructive story has become a kind of manual for those who are just trying their hand at sand painting, as well as an incentive for further development abilities of children who want to create full cartoons.
The first fairy tale painted by Shcherbina two years ago, “Sack apples “is still on display at a rehabilitation center in as an example of a full-length short film, created using the sand animation technique.
