Unknowns stole about 3 thousand euros from a vacuum cleaner machine for receiving money at a gas station in the city of Salerno in the south Italy, the local newspaper Corriere della Sera reports on Wednesday. The incident occurred at a gas station equipped with a system self catering. According to the publication, the robbers first made a hole in the machine for receiving money, and then literally “sucked” all the contents with a handheld vacuum cleaner, which was discovered by police at the scene of the theft. At present criminals are being searched.
