California scientists (Irvine, USA) found that huge the amount of nanoparticles in the atmosphere is actually are mushroom spores. Scientists report that mushroom spores in the atmosphere absorb water and then swell and burst into the tiniest particles up to 40 nanometers in size. Scientists believe that the allergenicity of these particles explains why do some people suffer from asthma attacks during rains.
