Italian lawyers call this situation absurd, but officials rely on the fact that the child should not be with the mother because of her mental instability. Now the trial is protracted stage. Italian lawyer defending the interests of a mother with representatives of a foreign state actually took the child, says he hasn’t encountered anything like it in 40 years practice.
