According to American engineer Glen Dash, he guessed how the ancient Egyptians managed to erect so geometrically precisely the pyramids. The specialist says that he conducted a simple experiment and discovered a method by which to achieve impeccable accuracy of such structures. Egyptian pyramids are known to impress not only with its size and beauty, but also ideal symmetry and accuracy on the cardinal points. The highest the geometric accuracy of the pyramids is constantly controversial. So, some ufologists say that without modern gadgets the Egyptians just could not do anything like that, which means that they are involved aliens.
Glen Dash does not believe in aliens and believes that the ancient builders used (verified) cardinal points with the help of special, fairly simple fixtures. They say they are unmistakable oriented their structures through the gnomons – the oldest instruments in the form of vertical pillars thrown to the ground shadow. During the day, the Egyptians marked the points where the shadow ended from the pillar. By connecting these points, they received a semicircle. A straight line passing through this circle pointed strictly to the west and East. The engineer notes that such calculations are especially accurate are on the day of the autumnal equinox. If you spend this day line through the points of the end of the shadows, then the resulting trait will be almost straight, and its ends will point clearly to the west and East.

Such a theory, of course, looks quite curious and even reliable, but it is unlikely to force world ufologists abandon the idea that pyramidal masterpieces ancient architecture were built by representatives of extraterrestrial civilization.
