So suspect this person in some fantasies and fakes, as they say now, are simply impossible. According to the experienced polar traveler, who before discovered the islands of Stolbovoy and Faldeevsky, the promised land among ice was located north of the island of Kotelny.
True, Yakov Sannikov himself saw this tropical island from afar – into the spyglass from the Novosibirsk Islands.
